Position: Clinical Lecturer in Neurology

Education & previous employment: I trained in general medicine and neurology in Cambridge, London (the Institute of Neurology, Queen Square), and Switzerland (University Hospital Basel). I obtained a PhD in stem cell biology from Cambridge University under the supervision of Professors Siddharthan Chandran and Alastair Compston.
Project Focus/ Scientific interests: Nucleic acid metabolism and neuroinflammatory disease. My clinical and scientific interests are to understand the pathogenesis of neuroinflammatory disorders with a view to developing rational therapeutic strategies for patients.
Outside interests: Cooking for my kids
